Data Available

The CIDR portal displays care records from health and care organisations who have agreed to share data to help improve people’s care. A person’s CIDR record gives care professionals a combined view of a range of different types of information. You can view the data that each organisation shares by clicking on the tabs below.

Sensitive data

All sensitive information is blocked from the CIDR record. This includes information about sexual health, termination of pregnancy, HIV status or fertility treatment.
