Accessing the CIDR portal

For issues with logging into the portal or with the records display, please email cidrsupport@nhs.net or call 0203 688 1881

Password Reset

Please email cidrsupport@nhs.net or call the CIDR team on 0203 688 1881.  We advise all users to complete the security question in the My Details section of the portal so they can reset their passwords individually.

Data Quality Issues

CIDR account queries

Training and Awareness

The user guide is available to download to explain all the features and functions of the Portal. Training and further awareness sessions are available as well as a new weekly online training session.
